 Kirby
(Ch. Sun Mtn's Dream Come True, NA, RN) is my original Border Collie, and he came to me from Sandra Shults of Sun Mountain Border Collies. My heart was set on him after the first time he crawled into my lap at 5 weeks old, and I couldn't have asked for a better boy to introduce me to the breed, and to patiently suffer my novice everything. Kirby had some success as an agility and rally competitor, winning and placing for several of his legs, but ultimately we spent much time having fun training and very little spent pursuing titles. In his retirement Kirby's job has been to be the ultimate family pet, and he excels! Kirby is neutered and was not bred from, but he is a favorite uncle to many fine, accomplished Border Collies. Kirby is 13 years old and going strong—especially at breakfast and supper time.

Sadie
(Multi-Group Placing, Multi-Regional and National Specialty AOM, BISS Ch.X BorderIsle Charmed By Ewe, HSAs, HIAs, HTAD-1,2s, HRD-1s, STDs, RHIT) came to me from Zane and Marilyn Sullivan of BorderIsle Border Collies. Her dam, Corky (Group winning, BISS Ch. Tainsh's a Toast to Ewe), was only bred from once, to Stalker (Ch. Outburst Watch Me Stalk Ewe, ROM) the sire of top-ranked show dogs as well as littermate to the breed's second quad champion. Sadie's pedigree speaks for itself, and reflects the balance, type and quality she exhibits. The only bitch of a litter of six, she is an exceptional, stand-out girl in just about every respect. Sadie's achievements are limited only by my time and abilities as a trainer and handler. She is truly a once in a lifetime dog, and we have a lot more fun in store. Sadie is the dam of one litter, which produced our Gigit.

Gigit
(DesertShore Wilde Irish Charm, PT, HSAs, RHITs) is out of Sadie's first litter by Imp. Shep at Rising Sun Farms. Gigit is a lovely, classic bitch with tremendous athletic and working potential. She blends distant lines—NZ, Australian and UK show lines with ISDS trial lines—tied together by Campbell's Hemp (#72301), sire of many very accomplished trial dogs, and grand-sire of the famous Templeton's Roy (#114678). This explains her talent and style on stock. Gigit brings extra fun to everything she does—she is a real joy, with a tail that never stops wagging. I am very excited for all that lies ahead for Gigit.
